Cookie Settings

We act as a credit broker not a lender, working with several carefully selected finance provider who may be able to offer you finance for your purchase. Whichever finance provider we introduce you to, we will receive a commission from them, either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. The Finance providers we work with could pay commission at different rates, this will not affect the amount you pay the lender for your credit agreement. You will be provided full information before completing your finance agreement and you can request further information at any time. We do not charge a fee for our services. All finance is subject to status and income, terms and conditions apply, applicants must be 18 years or over

Terms & Conditions for 14 Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you have ordered or taken delivery of a vehicle without visiting our showroom and you are not buying the car in the course of your trade or business, the following cancellation clause applies. Customers can return the car to the dealership within 14 days from delivery/collection, if usage is under 200 miles, and receive a full refund (except for road fund licence which is refunded pro-rata directly by DVLA) and cancellation of any finance arranged through us, provided that it is returned in the same condition with all keys, manuals etc.  An excess mileage charge of £1 per mile for any mileage over 200 miles over the 14 days will apply.   The customer will be responsible for arranging return to the dealership and for any costs of doing so.  You must let us know in writing by post or in an email to ronleeltd@gmail.com and to reach us by 5pm on the 14th day following delivery.

If the V5 has not yet been received by the customer and cannot be returned with the car, a sum of £250 shall be retained from the refund until such time as the original V5 is provided, or the dealership is able to submit the registered keeper change online.

Any part-exchange vehicles will be paid at the agreed valuation unless a return of the part-exchange vehicle is agreed. Any return of the part-exchange vehicle would be without any liability for the condition of the part-exchange. Excludes commercial vehicles and motorcycles.

Terms & Conditions for Home Delivery

In order to protect against fraud (including identity theft) the following process will be followed:

  • Customers are required to provide sight of their driver's licence prior to Home Delivery by emailing a copy to ronleeltd@gmail.com.
  • Home Delivery will be to the customer address which must match the address on the customer's driver's licence.
  • The vehicle will be driven to the customer address by the supplying dealership (or its agent).
  • Delivery of the vehicle will only be to the named customer and their driver's licence must be available to be re-checked on delivery.
